| 内容記述 | We investigate a focusing property of a sub-THz radiation with a V-groove, a kind of parallel plate waveguide in which both metal plates and spacing are tapered, by the knife edge method and spectroscopic measurement of transmission through a metal aperture with a diameter of 2 mm. We find that the V-groove reduces the beam-waist width of the sub-THz radiation polarized perpendicular to the metal surface and increases the aperture transmission in low frequency region below 0.22 THz. | |||||
