The authors have conducted BRM/BTM training for 17 teams\nconsisting of a patrol vessel and patrol crafts crews and have evaluated their behavior during\ntheir training using the evaluation sheets. As a result, the following points have been\nconfirmed. (1) When the second training has been conducted without changing the role, the\ntotal score of the second training has generally been higher than the total score of the first\ntraining. (2) Leadership has got a significant impact on the total score. (3) Teams with more\nsuggestions from the members to the leader have higher total scores. (4) Teams that show no\nsigns of cooperation and information sharing have lower total scores.
